Atlantic Broadband provides digital cable service to two outlets in each Williams Island residence as part of residents’ maintenance fee. As part of the agreement, residents who wish expanded service or additional digital outlets may contract directly with Atlantic Broadband for the added services at Island rates.
InternetAtlantic Broadband offers high-speed Internet service (6 mgs per second) to Island residents (effective January 1, 2008) as part of their Williams Island maintenance fees. Internet upgrades are available from Atlantic Broadband at special Island rates.

Williams Island TVComing to a television near you…Williams Island TV! Beginning in 2008, residents will be able to flip on their television and…perhaps…see themselves looking out at them! The dedicated Island channel will broadcast various community events, announcements, board meetings and more. Stay tuned!
SecuritySecurity at Williams Island is a 24/7 operation. Each building has its own officer who mans the front desk, screens visitors and conducts roving patrols around the grounds. Officers also are on duty, monitoring vehicular and pedestrian traffic at each entrance and exit gate on the Island. Every vehicle entering the Island is required to provide officers with valid identification before any access is granted.
All Island officers are trained in First Aid, CPR and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) and licensed by the state to perform security duties. At Williams Island, security and privacy are taken very seriously and a proficient, professional staff is on duty around the clock to preserve the Island’s tranquility and keep residents secure.
