Our certified instructors teach an array of classes, from yoga and meditation to high-energy spinning, dance and cardio. For those who embrace the benefits of water training, invigorating aqua aerobics classes help tone muscles by utilizing water resistance in our 60-foot indoor lap pool.
Experienced personal trainers maximize workout time for members and help them achieve remarkable results through personalized fitness programs. Each program is tailored to fit the needs of the individual member, regardless of fitness level. Our on-site registered dietitian also provides private counseling to address nutrition concerns and eating habits.

CHECK IN PROCEDURE
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled spa service to change into a robe and prepare for the service. Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. To avoid inconveniencing the next guest, your treatment must end at the scheduled time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Because your Spa services are reserved exclusively for you, we ask that you notify us at least 4 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Fifty percent of the value of your service will be charged for cancellations within 4 hours. Package cancellation requires 24 hour notice. All no shows are charged at full value.

Bob Cook
Bob enjoys exposing people to a healthier lifestyle and helping them realize their bodies potential. He loves working with the novice trainee and taking them from the very basics to a more advanced level of fitness. Sports Specific Training is also another area of expertise.
Bob holds a B.S. Degree in Health and Physical Education and is Certified through: National Academy of Sports Medicine; American College of Sports Medicine and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America.
When not training others, Bob enjoys biking, kayaking, running, weightlifting and golf. As an avid sports fan, you'll find him cheering for the teams from both Miami and Philadelphia.
Christopher Wright
Christopher Wright, from Jamaica, has always been involved in health and fitness. He has worked in the fitness industry for over ten years. He enjoys all areas of his job. Chris especially likes working with beginners, designing programs and showing them how to ad variety to their fitness program. He finds fun and interesting ways to stimulate his clients so that they get the most out of their program.
His qualifications include a degree in weight training from JAFA as well as certification as a personal trainer by the Aerobics and Fitness Association. Chris is a member of AFAA. Chris is CPR certified. Chris teaches several spinning classes each week.
Chris' main love is cycling. He cycles on a regular basis and was given the title of Jamaican National Silver Medalist in Spring in 1992. When he is not working he enjoys relaxing with his friends, traveling and working out in the gym.
Flossie Leung Lampert, Personal Trainer (NCSF)
Flossie was born and raised in Hong Kong, China. After attending primary and secondary school in Hong Kong she emigrated to Toronto, Canada in 1983. She has been involved with athletics since her primary school days where she ran track and played tennis. Today, Flossie regularly works out and plays tennis. Flossie’s growing interests in physical fitness, and her desire to help others in their fitness pursuits, lead her to the decision to seek her personal training certification through the National Council on Strength and Fitness in 2005.
Karrie Griffiths
A native of Texas – Karrie graduated from the University of Texas and Temple University. She has been a fitness instructor and personal fitness trainer since 1991 mainly in the South Florida area. Her specialties are interval training, cardio and functional strength training for someone new to fitness or a veteran who just needs some motivation and new ideas! She is nationally certified by NSCA, Johnny G Spinning, AFAA, Step Reebok and AEA.
Karrie competes in triathlons and running races – having completed two Ironman distance triathlons, 14 marathons and numerous other races. She also competed in 5 Hi-Tec Adventure Series in Miami and Pittsburgh.
Mandana G. Alicot
Mandana is an icon in the field of health and fitness, whose abilities extend beyond weight training into rehabilitation and wellness.
Mandana earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida International University and is certified from ACE and NEDITA training organizations. Mandana also has training in CPR and aerobic exercises.
Mandana has a long history and experience in the health and fitness field, including working with rehabilitation patients and executing physical therapy plans. Mandana has worked in the health and fitness field since 1984, joining Williams Island in the Fall of 1994. She has gained notoriety among her colleagues and is well respected by her clients for her dedication and caring.
Mandana enjoys spending time with her 3 boys and husband. She also enjoys the outdoors, reading, and exercising.
Mohey Elsayed
A jewel in the spectacular Williams Island crown is its world-class, full-service mind and body Spa and Fitness Center. Fitness Director Mohey Elsayed brings his many years of experience to encourage and motivate clients from star athletes and entertainment giants to top corporate executives. Among the high-profile residents he personally trained the Sammy Sosa family, top team members of the New York Knicks and Mets, the Miami Heat and the St Louis Cardinals, and entertainment powerhouse Missy Elliott, who publicly thanked him on one of her CD covers "for making my thighs toned" after a remarkable weight loss. VH1 music television calls him "the best trainer money can buy".
Mohey is in graduate school and will be entering a PhD program in Psychology soon, the culmination of his longtime interest in the psychology of self-improvement. He says, "We all possess amazing potential once we tap into it. I consider myself simply a key that turns on a powerful engine." He attributes his great success with Williams Island resident clients to the Mohey Method and the Three M’s--Mindset, Motivation, and Moderation. The M3lifesyle is his life-enhancing combination of physical fitness, good nutrition, and psychological empowerment.
Mohey developed the program in partnership with the clinical psychologist and internationally best-selling author Dr. Joseph J. Luciani. Mohey’s certifications include, IFPA (International Fitness Professional Association, AFFA (Aerobic and fitness Association of America).
