The Spa’s Fitness Center offers advanced-technology machinery in the cardiovascular room and state-of-the-art strength training equipment in the weight room. Our fully-trained, knowledgeable fitness staff are always available to answer questions or provide assistance. Our certified instructors teach an array of classes, from yoga and meditation to high-energy spinning, dance and cardio. For those who embrace the benefits of water training, invigorating aqua aerobics classes help tone muscles by utilizing water resistance in our 60-foot indoor lap pool. Experienced personal trainers maximize workout time for members and help them achieve remarkable results through personalized fitness programs. Each program is tailored to fit the needs of the individual member, regardless of fitness level. Our on-site registered dietitian also provides private counseling to address nutrition concerns and eating habits.

Rehabilitation and Specialized Training
Our experienced and certified training staff will assist you with post- and pre-surgery training needs as well as special needs training and specialty fitness programs including stretch sessions.
Whether for specific sports related activities, weight management, flexibility or strength training, our trainers will provide you with a safe, results oriented program. Personal Training is available on a one to one basis, duet training (two persons sharing the session) and small group training (3 to 4 people sharing the session). If your schedule does not permit an hour session you can enjoy a shorter duration of either 30 minute training sessions or Express Training within a group as small group training.
We have a full staff of widely trained Pilates trainers including traditional Joseph Pilates method. Our Pilates studio includes the Cadillac, three tower reformers, and barrel and chair equipment. All Pilates equipment must be utilized with one of our certified Pilates trainers. Pilates training is available on a one to one basis, duo (two persons sharing the session) and small group training (3 to 4 people sharing the session).

The Spa offers a wide variety of Group Fitness Classes to get your heart pumping. You can choose from a range of extensive classes: spinning, boot camp, dance, yoga, tai-chi, Pilates, stretching, aqua, restorative aqua and yoga, and meditation. Activities are provided for the very active as well as those pursuing a more relaxed activity.
Active classes are kept to 25 participants and yoga classes are not to exceed 20 participants due to space and equipment utilized. This allows everyone to comfortably and safely enjoy the class. No cellphone use is allowed in fitness classes. Please do not enter a class once it has been in session more than 10 minutes. The first 10 minutes of class is the warm up and instructional phase and a very important part of the class. If you enter during those 10 minutes please enter at the rear of the class and not in the front where others have already set up and who have arrived on time. In consideration of other class participants and in respect to the class in session cell phones should be in silent mode and not in use while in class.
